Not much is known about Peorth. She appears in one of
the Manga issues and is a minor character.
The
only information that I can offer is that she is a rival of Belldandy because she comes
from a different goddess office. She is also 1st class unlimited and she is older
than the other goddessess. Only having heard what the issue is about, I don't know
much more about her and I don't think she will appear again.
Apparently
she tried to steal Keiichi from Belldandy after coming out of a camera lens.So, anyway...here's a picture of Urd:
